SPOCE Project Management Ltd was founded in 1994 by Ken Bradley, a leading proponent of the PRINCE2 method, to provide training in the PRINCE/PROMPT project management methodology. SPOCE Project Management Limited is a professional company operating in the PRINCE market. Our turnover is in excess of £1.5M and we hold substantial assets.
The Company’s preferred strategy is to maintain a small, efficient professional and administrative core and create a proficient group of independent trainers who deliver the Company’s training products. Currently we own a three-storey office block in Poole and employ 12 direct staff and retain the services of over 20 associate trainers.
The company has adapted to changing technology to provide various software packages and tools to encompass electronic versions of the Kens' own manuals, examination assistants, Computer-Based Training and Distance Learning Packages. Ken has authored several books and manuals on the subject, indeed his book "Passing The PRINCE 2 Exam" has been adopted by the OGC and is published by The Stationery Office.
Our "LaunchPad" software has also proved extremely popular with a number of major Corporations, selecting it in preference to the official IBM PRINCE 2 support software. LaunchPad has been recently revised to accomodate changing computing technology and changes to the PRINCE2 method.
Corporate PRINCE integrates LaunchPad implementation software and our PassPort computer-based training package to provide a fully-customisable solution which has been taken up by large corporations and government departments alike.

Open Residential Courses are arranged every two weeks at a top Bournemouth Hotel, providing upto 16 Delegates with first-class training and coaching to both Foundation (3 day) and Practitioner (5 day) levels.
Courses are also provided in the UK and abroad, tailored to Clients specific needs, taking into account organisational structure and responsibilities. Other training courses include APMP, ISEB, Change Management, Business Change, Risk Management, Quality Management, and a range of soft skills such as Motivation, Leadership and Facilitation.
